
A man has been charged in connection with a fatal New York motorcycle accident. Edward Lazore, a 24-year-old man from Oswego County, was killed after his motorcycle was struck by an SUV last Sunday night in Williamstown.
New York State Police reported that Lazore was riding his motorcycle on Route 183 at approximately 8:40 PM when 26-year-old Patrick Wesseldine pulled his SUV in front of him from Sol Davis Road. Lazore crashed his motorcycle into Wesseldine’s vehicle and died at the scene of the accident.
Wesseldine has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (DUI), and failure to yield the right away. He was arraigned at the Albion court and is being held at Oswego County Jail.
