New York Burn Victims Fight Back

A Queens man and his 2-year-old daughter who were badly burned when an explosion damaged their building are "hanging in there," the family's pastor said as he prayed for all of the blast's victims.

"We ask that everyone pray for all the families," said Raul Latoni, the pastor of First Baptist Church in Flushing, which counts nine of the displaced families among its congregation. "We will try to help them rebuild their lives."
