NEW YORK (Reuters) - Rejected U.S. Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork sued an exclusive New York social club on Thursday for at least $1 million over injuries he suffered in a fall last year while trying to climb onto a dais. Bork, 80, said the Yale Club in midtown Manhattan failed to provide a handrail or stairs leading to an unreasonably high dais and that he fell as he tried to mount it, hitting his leg on the side of the dais and his head on a heat register.
