Nearly one-third of all drivers who have been arrested or convicted of drunk driving are repeat offenders.
Someone is killed in a drunk driving accident every 45 minutes, on average.
It has been estimated that 40 to 90 percent of stores sell to underage individuals.
72 percent of impaired drivers who are injured in crashes are never charged.
11,773 people were killed in drunk driving crashes across the country in 2008.
