James L. Forde
Partner James L. Forde is a 1980 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and a 1983 graduate of the St. John's University School of Law. In 1984, he was admitted to the New York Bar and to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Jim says his work constantly demonstrates that "as lawyers, we have a tremendous capacity to do good. The gratitude expressed to me recently by a client who had a severe neck injury, and for whom I was able to obtain a $450,000 result, made all the hard work and hours of preparation worthwhile. When practiced correctly, this truly is a noble profession."
Jim and his family live in Westchester, where they enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. An avid baseball fan, Jim is also a moderator of the official web site of the New York Mets.
